Product Introduction and Feature
SHL-S new energy-saving and environmentally friendly boiler is our company's latest developed product, replacing traditional chain grate boilers. This product incorporates four patented technologies (with our company's proprietary intellectual property rights and patents. All economic and technical indicators are at the leading level in the domestic market. The product features are as follows:
1. The boiler adopts SHL dual-drum horizontal chain grate and fully bulk assembly structure, featuring an attractive appearance, convenient operation and maintenance, safe and reliable operation, excellent controllability, stable combustion, ample heating surface area, and high thermal efficiency.
2. The furnace adopts a membrane wall structure, suspended from the top and bottom, with downward free expansion. The upper drum is supported by brackets, and the lower drum is suspended from the bottom with downward free expansion for the convection tube bundles.
3. It employs a small scale chain grate, offering uniform ventilation clearance, less material leakage, and high strength of grate plates. The dual-side air intake with adjustable wind chamber ensures even air distribution.
4. The large effective grate area allows for thorough fuel combustion, reducing solid incomplete combustion losses.
5. Rational combination of front and rear arches organizes the air dynamics in the furnace, improving combustion efficiency.
6. Large momentum stratified jet secondary air is used to supply additional combustion-supporting air and disturb high-temperature flue gas in the furnace, enhancing mixing and increasing flame coverage and combustion efficiency.
7. The furnace chamber has a membrane wall structure, ample radiant heating surface area, minimal air leakage, good sealing, and low nitrogen oxide emissions.
8. The rear part of the furnace is equipped with an ash chamber, where the high-temperature flue gas travels a longer path, resulting in higher combustion efficiency. The bottom of the ash chamber discharges ash through the ash door to the grate for re-combustion and through the slag-discharging machine.
9. The flue gas in the convection tube bundles is longitudinally flushed in a "W" shape with compressed air so that ash can be easily discharged through the ash door to the grate and then removed with the slag-discharging machine. The reasonable flue gas flow velocity prevents ash accumulation, keeping the heating surface clean and improving heat transfer efficiency.
10. The steel pipe economizer is arranged in a counterflow layout with increased spacing to prevent ash accumulation.
11. The pipe-type air preheater reduces exhaust gas temperature, increases hot air temperature, enhances combustion efficiency and thermal efficiency, and saves fuel. The air preheater is equipped with anti-vibration partitions, and the bottom of the bending flue is equipped with an ash-discharging valve.
12. A low-temperature economizer is installed at the end to adjust the exhaust gas temperature. During low load or side bypass flue gas flow, dry burning (low exhaust gas temperature) is possible. During high load, the low-temperature economizer and the soft water tank circulate through the circulation pump (adjusting the water volume with frequency conversion) to overflow back to the soft water tank via the deaerator, regulating the exhaust gas temperature to ensure boiler thermal efficiency.
13. The large-diameter dispersed inlet downcomers are rationally introduced, and the water circulation loop is well-designed, ensuring safe and reliable water circulation in the boiler.
14. The boiler has a large water volume and strong load adaptability.
15. A snail-shell type high-efficiency steam-water separator is used to ensure minimal steam carryover (≤2%).
16. A lightweight external insulation panel furnace wall with a thick insulation layer minimizes heat loss from the furnace body.
17. The boiler room is arranged in a single-layer layout, reducing infrastructure investment and facilitating installation and operation.
