Shuangfeng boiler enters a state-owned enterprise

Shuangfeng boiler was installed in a state-owned enterprise to replace the original 4-ton coal-fired boiler. Shuangfeng LHG (fsq) series steam generator is a semi-gasified license-free fire tube boiler using biomass pellets as fuel. The boiler adopts a unique micro-positive pressure combustion, equipped with a double energy saver, external water film dust removal, and secondary air supply suspension semi-gasification combustion technology. The particle burnout rate reaches 99%, and the flue gas is circulated multiple times after combustion, which increases the boiler heating area by 30%, significantly increasing the boiler thermal efficiency. The biomass steam generator meets the environmental protection requirements of various places and is smokeless and dust-free after normal combustion. The outer shell uses high thermal resistance fiber and a closed metal cover as the insulation layer, and the convenience of operation, inspection, and maintenance is fully considered in the design.
