Product Introduction and Feature
The DZL-S energy-saving and environmentally friendly steam boiler is a new product developed and designed by our company as a replacement for traditional coal-fired chain grate boilers. The product utilizes four patented technologies, with all economic and technical indicators leading among similar domestic products. The boiler possesses the following features:
1. The main body of the boiler adopts a single drum, vertical layout, three-pass, water-fire tube, and assembly structure.Radiant water-cooled walls are arranged on both sides of the boiler furnace, and two sets of smoke tubes are placed inside the drum, forming the second and third smoke passes. The large combustion space of the furnace effectively reduces its volume heat load and sectional heat load, solving the problem of furnace coking and ensuring sufficient boiler output. The sufficient length of the furnace allows for a longer flow of flue gas inside, promoting the complete combustion of coal, thus increasing the boiler's thermal efficiency and reducing pollutant emissions in the flue gas.
2. The boiler structure adopts a symmetrical A-type arrangement, presenting an attractive appearance and ensuring convenient operation, maintenance, and safe and reliable operation. The boiler offers good controllability and stable combustion.
3. The boiler has an ample heating surface area. It features an elongated furnace and grate, and the under-grate air supply is designed with an adjustable closed structure and long masonry rear arch, adapting to the combustion of different fuels and improving fuel burnout rate and boiler thermal efficiency.
4. The use of threaded smoke (fire) tubes results in a high heat transfer coefficient, low resistance to flue gas flow, and thorough heat exchange.
5. The rear part of the boiler furnace is equipped with a combustion chamber, increasing the radiant heating surface area and ensuring sufficient combustion and heat exchange.
6. The boiler is designed with a large-diameter downcomer, a reasonable water circulation circuit, and a high circulation height, ensuring excellent water circulation.
7. The boiler has a large water volume and high evaporation capacity, adapting well to load changes. It starts and reaches rated output quickly. The large combustion surface area ensures sufficient fuel combustion with minimal solid incomplete combustion losses.
8. The boiler adopts a specially designed, high-quality SFeng grate, providing uniform air supply and minimizing material leakage.
9. It overcomes the shortcomings of conventional grates, such as high failure rate, easy fracture, burnout, complex maintenance, severe material leakage, and poor self-cleaning ability. The chain grate is equipped with a stepless speed regulator, enabling the boiler to achieve stepless speed drive for the grate, mechanical feeding, and mechanical slagging. The automatic control, complete protection measures, and convenient operation further enhance its performance.
10. Based on the customer's fuel characteristics, the boiler adopts belt conveyor feeding to the front end of the grate, with the feeding rate controlled by refractory gates and the feeding leveled. The belt conveyor feeding uses a variable frequency adjustable motor to regulate the feeding based on steam demand, promoting more complete combustion and reducing labor intensity for workers.
11. The boiler adopts compartmentalized air supply with dual-side distribution, ensuring uniform and rational ventilation and broad fuel adaptability with stable combustion. The reasonable combination of front and rear arches organizes the air dynamics in the furnace, facilitating more complete combustion and heat exchange.
12. Smokeless combustion technology is employed, and a carefully designed secondary air device arranges secondary and tertiary air at different heights within the furnace. This disturbs the air and flue gas, ensuring ample contact and supplying the necessary oxygen for complete combustion, effectively reducing smoke and dust in the furnace.
13. The boiler has a thick insulating layer, minimizing heat loss from the furnace body.
14. It is aesthetically pleasing with a stylish external packaging and easy-to-assemble form, making transportation and installation convenient.
15. The boiler room is arranged in a single-layer layout, reducing infrastructure investment.
